Changes in credit operations and additional fees

In the case of payment with mortgage loans granted by financial institutions or housing agencies, there may be additional charges or expenses related to the granting of the loan itself, such as commissions, special fees, administrative costs, etc. These charges or expenses must be consulted directly with the lending institution.

The final amount for the purchase of a residential property may vary depending on the notarization costs, taxes (duties and rights), appraisal, administration fees, if applicable, credit opening costs and investigation expenses, which are not part of the property price; these costs will be paid directly to the service providers (Notaries Public, Appraisers and lending institutions, according to their rates or amounts established by them and determined by the tax authority).

Likewise, we remind you that the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin establishes limits and prohibitions on cash payments, especially in real estate transactions.
